- CLA students travel to West Point for Student Conference on U.S. AffairsStudents in the College of Liberal Arts were offered the chance to expand their policy discussion skills with military cadets and students from around the globe at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
- Mechanical engineering chair honored with IEEE Distinguished Service AwardJeff Suhling, Quina Distinguished Professor and chair of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, has been awarded the William Chen Distinguished Service Award from the IEEE Electronics Packaging Society (EPS). The award annually recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the EPS through service and leadership.
- Advancing vortex rocket enginesAuburn’s Advanced Propulsion Research Lab is teaming up with Research in Flight to improve the performance of cyclonic vortex engines that are being developed for use by the U.S. Air Force and commercial space companies such as Sierra Space.

- Pre - PA Club Fall Blood DriveDec 4, 2024 8:00 AM | This is a blood drive with Life South. Students will come by and fill out the Life South forms to give blood. Pre-PA students will help Life South set up, run the event, and take down the event after.

Each session includes a guided tour of the museum's exhibitions, a related story time, and a hands-on art activity. Free and open to the public, but spaces are limited, and pre-registration is required.
- Student Philanthropy Board MeetingDec 4, 2024 4:30 PM | The meetings will switch each week between having a speaker from a nonprofit in Auburn and doing a service project for a nonprofit in Auburn.
