The Gogue Center presents the world premiere of Dorrance Dance's "The Center Will Not Hold" at the Woltosz Theatre—Friday, April 4.Born from “a little room,” "The Center Will Not Hold" is a short duet created and performed by Ephrat Asherie and Michelle Dorrance in December 2022. The now expanded and reimagined work features 11 singular performers deeply rooted in one or many street, club and vernacular dances: house, breaking, hip hop, tap dance, Chicago Footwork, Detroit Jit, Litefeet, Memphis Jookin and body percussion"The Center Will Not Hold" features original music composed by Donovan Dorrance with live percussion by world class drummer and percussionist, John Angeles. Our community music program offers private lessons to students of all ages in the community. Lessons are taught by Auburn faculty and graduate students.

The College of Veterinary Medicine invites the community to our campus to share some of the incredible aspects of our college. On Saturday, April 5, 2025 from 9am-1pm the CVM will host its 2nd annual VetFest. Students, faculty and staff will provide information and exhibits on veterinary medicine and biomedical science. Featured activities will include a canine parade of breeds, painted horse, teddy bear surgery, the Auburn Raptor Center, student club exhibits and much more. This event is free and open to the public.

Photojournalist Kate Medley covers national news in the American South, focused on storytelling and environmental portraiture. In this exhibition, Medley invites viewers to see the people and culinary art of service stations, convenience stores and quick stops located across the South, shining a light on the unexpected community, generosity and creativity found in hidden corners of the U.S.

The Jule invites contemporary artists inspired by nature to research Auburn University's collections to engage with, question and critique John James Audubon’s evolving legacy. Trinidadian artist Rodell Warner reimagines John James Audubon’s writings and selections from the iconic Birds of America series, animating text and visuals to foster new ways of seeing and experiencing history.Warner's digital animations have been exhibited at the Art Gallery of Ontario; Big Medium, Austin, Texas; the Museum of Contemporary Art, Taipei; and the Pérez Art Museum, Miami, Florida. Rodell works between Port of Spain in Trinidad, Kingston in Jamaica, and Boston, Massachusetts.
