- Nov 55:45 PMBaile LatinoThe event will begin with 30 minutes of instruction suitable for all levels of proficiency. The instruction will be provided in both Spanish and English, with a focus on Spanish to help students improve their language and cultural understanding. Our main instructor is an Auburn community member (not auburn university affiliated) who will lead the instruction, along with other skilled students. Following the instruction period, the dance floor will be open for free dancing, allowing students to try out various Spanish dance styles such as salsa, bachata, cumbia, or merengue, depending on the music. This free-dance period is intended to provide an opportunity for students to practice their Spanish language skills and communicate with other students in Spanish, as well as to experience a wider range of Spanish immersion similar to that experienced abroad.
