AU Leadership with Dr. Courtney L. Teague Mastering Tools to Build Thriving, High-Performing Teams

    Managing and coaching are two distinct leadership skills, but coaching is what transforms good leaders into exceptional ones. While managing focuses on directing tasks, coaching empowers individuals to think critically, take ownership, and maximize their potential.

    This 4-hour, in-person workshop provides leaders with practical tools and strategies to shift from a directive management style to a coaching approach that fosters growth, trust, and accountability. Built around our proprietary framework, EVOLVE Framework, this session integrates leadership mindset strategies, coaching techniques, and actionable tools to drive performance and engagement.

    Through interactive role plays, experiential activities, and action planning, participants will learn how coaching enhances leadership impact, breaks through limiting beliefs, and creates thriving, high-performing teams.

    Recognize and overcome limiting beliefs that hinder effective leadership, such as imposter syndrome, fear of failure, and reluctance to delegate.Reframe challenges as opportunities and develop a growth mindset to lead with confidence and impact.

    Apply the EVOLVE Framework to build trust, foster alignment, and create a culture of continuous development.Use coaching strategies such as active listening, powerful questioning, and goal-setting to unlock individual and team potential.

    Coaching for High-Impact Leadership

    Navigate real-world challenges, such as motivating underperformers, managing team dynamics, and maintaining alignment with organizational goals.Develop a personalized coaching plan to drive engagement, performance, and long-term success.

    What to Expect:

    Real-World Role Plays – Engage in scenario-based coaching exercises to practice leading with impact. Experiential Learning Activities – Participate in interactive exercises designed to enhance relational awareness and trust.
