This lab will teach individuals about darting safety and purpose. It will be led by Dr. Passler and Dr Lin.

Experience a taste of John Emerald Distilling Company’s great lineup of distilled spirits. This local distillery offers exquisite options of rum, single malt whiskey, bourbon, gin and liqueur. Guests will learn about the distilling process and unique characteristics of each of these beverages made here in Opelika, Alabama. Light snacks will be served. Guests must be 21 or older. Auburn professor, Dr. David Martin, will guide you through approachable techniques for tasting wines while dispelling common myths. You will leave with a better understanding of your likes and dislikes and how to confidently utilize that knowledge the next time you order or shop for a bottle to enjoy. Light snacks will be served. We will have one speaker coming in. The first hour and 15 minutes will be questions decided on by the board of women in law, after that we will open up discussion to anyone in the room. The speaker event will end after 2 hours.
