Auburn Greek Life will host Dr. Michael Ayalon to give his keynote, Chapter Unity Without Harm: Hazing Prevention for a Safer Brotherhood & Sisterhood, during National Hazing Prevention Week.'Chapter Unity Without Harm' is a comprehensive, research-based, engaging program designed to eradicate hazing practices within fraternity and sorority life by fostering a culture of respect, safety, and genuine camaraderie. Participants will delve into the historical roots of hazing to understand its origins and persisting factors. They will explore the deep-seated reasons behind hazing and its extensive ramifications, including legal, psychological, and communal impacts.

Faculty and select graduate students in the department of music offer private lessons to members of all ages in the community.

Guest curator Elizabeth S. Hawley considers the history of American art through the collection at Auburn University. Pairing paintings from the museum’s iconic Advancing American Art Collection with other contemporary collection objects, this exhibition encourages visitors to ask what being and belonging in American art might mean in the past, the present and the future.

Binh Danh explores his Vietnamese heritage, landscapes and memory through experimental and vintage photography techniques. Chlorophyll prints of the past and daguerreotypes of the present blur the line between history and the now, examining a transformation of American identity.
