Trinidadian artist Rodell Warner reimagines John James Audubon’s writings and selections from the iconic Birds of America series, animating text and visuals to foster new ways of seeing and experiencing history.Warner's digital animations have been exhibited at the Art Gallery of Ontario; Big Medium, Austin, Texas; the Museum of Contemporary Art, Taipei; and the Pérez Art Museum, Miami, Florida. Rodell works between Port of Spain in Trinidad, Kingston in Jamaica, and Boston, Massachusetts.

Paired with discoveries in other fields, these outcomes are essential to enhancing Auburn’s stature as a pre-eminent institution with Carnegie R1 status.Presented in collaboration with Showcase 2025, a university-wide initiative to highlight creative scholarship, align its practice with university goals and promote collaboration. Showcase 2025 is organized by Chase Bringarder, Associate Provost for Academic Affairs and Professor in the Department of Theatre and Dance; Robert Finkel, Program Chair and Associate Professor of Graphic Design; and Anna Ruth Gatlin, Assistant Professor of Interior Design in Consumer and Design Sciences, in concert with the Office of the Senior Vice President for Research and Economic Development.
- Apr 1511:00 AMYellowhammer Fund Bus TourThe Yellowhammer Fund is on a van tour right now going to cities in Alabama and passing out family care products, period products, diapers, and lunches, all free of charge. Gen Action wants to partner with them to bring the van on campus (and an adjacent food truck) to provide all of these free resources for students.

- Apr 156:00 PMBeginners PotteryIn this course, you will be learning the basic skills needed to throw on the wheel. This includes clay preparation, centering the clay, and pulling up cylindrical shapes that you will learn to add on to create your unique and functional pieces. You will be working at your own wheel and be provided studio space and resources to help your creativity and skills flourish throughout the course. Clay and firing costs are included in the course fee. Students should bring a one-gallon bucket and a packet of clay tools to the first class meeting (tools may be purchased at most bookstores in Auburn for about $15).
- Apr 156:00 PMGreek Sing 2025From 7:00 to 10:00 PM, teams will take turns performing 3-minute and 30-second dance routines on the floor, showcasing their talent in front of a panel of judges. This rotation will continue until all teams have completed their performances. Afterward, guest dancers will take the stage to deliver their special performances. Following the dance presentations, we will feature an impactful video highlighting the fundraising efforts through Habitat for Humanity. Once the judges have finished deliberating, the awards ceremony will take place. The evening will conclude with a final wrap-up. Guests will include chapters and their members, students from the campus, as well as parents and families, all coming together to celebrate the performances and support the cause.
