This event will begin with an opening prayer. This will be followed by a 30-45 minute Bible study with discussion times. The event will be ended with a time of prayer requests and a closing prayer. Discussion and fellowship often follows the prayer as well.

The Gogue Center presents Kodo at the Woltosz Theatre—Thursday, March 20.Exploring the limitless possibilities of the traditional Japanese drum, the taiko, Kodo is forging new directions for a vibrant, living art form. In Japanese, the name “Kodo” conveys two meanings: firstly, “heartbeat,” the primal source of all rhythm; and, secondly, “children of the drum,” a reflection of Kodo’s desire to play the drums simply, with the heart of a child.Since the group’s debut at the Berlin Festival in 1981, Kodo has given more than 3,700 performances across five continents, spending about a third of the year overseas, a third touring in Japan and a third rehearsing and preparing new material on Sado Island.This performance is presented as part of the Gogue Center’s 2024–25 Dance & Movement Series.Our 2024–25 season is sponsored by Walt & Ginger Woltosz.

Nav night is a gathering of the members of the Navigators. We start off with a bonding game that is low stakes and low activity. We then move into a time of worship with music and singing. We then break off into bible study groups to study the bible.

Our community music program offers private lessons to students of all ages in the community. Lessons are taught by Auburn faculty and graduate students.

Alabama’s agricultural heritage is documented through ten large-scale murals produced in 1939, a time when the state began diversifying its output.
