The event is open to the general public and will have a camellia exhibition showcasing a stunning variety of camellia blooms.

Trinidadian artist Rodell Warner reimagines John James Audubon’s writings and selections from the iconic Birds of America series, animating text and visuals to foster new ways of seeing and experiencing history.Warner's digital animations have been exhibited at the Art Gallery of Ontario; Big Medium, Austin, Texas; the Museum of Contemporary Art, Taipei; and the Pérez Art Museum, Miami, Florida. Rodell works between Port of Spain in Trinidad, Kingston in Jamaica, and Boston, Massachusetts.

Paired with discoveries in other fields, these outcomes are essential to enhancing Auburn’s stature as a pre-eminent institution with Carnegie R1 status.Presented in collaboration with Showcase 2025, a university-wide initiative to highlight creative scholarship, align its practice with university goals and promote collaboration. Showcase 2025 is organized by Chase Bringarder, Associate Provost for Academic Affairs and Professor in the Department of Theatre and Dance; Robert Finkel, Program Chair and Associate Professor of Graphic Design; and Anna Ruth Gatlin, Assistant Professor of Interior Design in Consumer and Design Sciences, in concert with the Office of the Senior Vice President for Research and Economic Development.
- Mar 110:30 AMSelf-Care Saturday: Playing with Artificial IntelligenceJoin Curry Hackett, transdisciplinary designer, public artist and educator, for an exploration of experimentation with artificial intelligence. Drawing from his work in which he braids Black aesthetics, nature and pop culture to imagine surreal scenes of Black joy, participants will learn how to utilize AI as a generative tool to create new speculative futures. This session is designed for participants who have experience with AI technology.

- Mar 12:00 PMKrewe de Tigris Mardi Gras ParadeThe annual Krewe de Tigris Mardi Gras Parade occurs in downtown Auburn each Mardi Gras season. The parade floats line up on the Thach concourse so that riders can load before the start of the parade. The parade travels through downtown Auburn, where spectators can view it. The parade floats return to the Thach concourse for the riders to disembark, and then the floats are returned to an off-campus storage facility.
